I have mixed feelings here. I love Gary and hes all Ive relaly known as a MD basketball fan. Ill always treasure that natl championship season one of the best moments Ive had as a sports fan, period. But its a good time for him to go. New blood will be very interesting and could bring MD back to national prominence quickly. With all the talent to recruit from in this area, this team should never be out of the tournament. Tough shoes to fill, though, for sure.
